Meet Wilbur, our Bully Max Pet of the Week!
Wilbur is a spunky and playful 3 year old, 50 pound pit bull mix. He was rescued and brought into foster from Sable Kennels where he was found abandoned in a field. He absolutely loves playing with rope toys and can keep himself entertained even without a doggie sibling to play tug-of-war with. He does well with children though due to his size and energy, children under 5 would might not be the best fit.
Wilbur can be strong on leash—he is working on leash manners and is very food motivated, so a home that is willing to continue working on this would be perfect. While a fenced in yard is not required, Wilbur would enjoy getting to run and let off some energy. He is house trained, crate trained, neutered, and up to date on all vaccinations.
