Meet Tripp, our Animal Friends Pet of the Week!

Tripp is a sweet three-year-old pup who is ready to leave his difficult past behind and discover just how wonderful life can be.

Tripp came to Animal Friends through our Humane Investigations Department in late July. While he’s a loving boy, his rough start means he can be a little unsure of new environments and may startle at loud noises or unfamiliar situations. With a patient family, plenty of encouragement and time to settle in, we think Tripp will blossom into a confident and happy companion.

Once he feels comfortable, Tripp is ready to show off his more playful, high-energy side. He’d do well in a home with children six and older who understand his boundaries and can give him the space and patience he needs as he adjusts. He may also enjoy having a canine companion, pending a successful meet and greet.

Tripp has had a rough start—and now he’s looking for someone who will show him that his best days are still ahead.
