Meet Todd, a 1-year-old male dog and our Animal Friends Pet of the Week!

Todd is ready to live life big! This high-energy, toy-chasing, tail-wagging machine is all about fun, adventure and finding his person. Back in February, Todd came to us through our Humane Investigations department, and now he’s looking for his fresh start with a family who can match his enthusiasm for everything life has to offer.

Todd is still very much a puppy at heart. He’s working on his leash manners and can get a little jumpy when he’s excited (and he gets excited a lot), but with consistency, guidance and positive reinforcement training, he’s going to shine. If you’re looking for a dog to run, play and grow with, Todd is your guy.

His favorite things? Toys. Tennis balls. More tennis balls. And playtime with his people.

Todd would do best with:

• Children 13 and up
• A dog-savvy family familiar with higher-energy pups
• A home ready to continue his training and help him channel all that enthusiasm
• A canine sibling could be a great match, pending a successful meet and greet
